Privacy notice
Last updated: November 2026
Jamaica Artificial Intelligence Labs (“JAI Labs”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020.
What we collect
When you contact us or send us your AI readiness quiz results, we collect:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number and organisation, if you provide them;
- the service you’re interested in and your message; or
- your quiz answers and the resulting readiness scores.
If you take the readiness quiz without sending us your results, your answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation you asked for.
- To prepare for that conversation, for example by reviewing your quiz results.
- To send you occasional AI tips and updates, only if you ticked the box to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it’s stored
Submissions are stored securely in our database, provided by Supabase, and are only accessible to the JAI Labs team. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete or anonymise them.
When you submit a form, we send you a confirmation email using our email provider, Resend.
Spam protection
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell real visitors apart from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects information such as your IP address and how you interact with the page, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. To make a request, email hello@ai.com.jm.
